Alexa Follas received her Masters in Christian Counseling from Regent University in 2012. She is the Co-Owner of Well Health Centers, a Chiropractic and Wellness Franchise with 15 locations! She is also the founder of Pure Ministries, a non profit geared towards helping people live free from trauma and on purpose for God. Alexa is a sought after Christian Counselor and has been in private practice for nearly 15 years, she sees clients individually and in group settings. Alexa has been the keynote counselor and group facilitator for a group trauma counseling retreat for the last 3 years. She has co-authored books through Lifeway Christian Resources and has created several courses over the years. 

Alexa has three sweet children named Liam, James, and Isabel.  They reside in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and travel back and forth to Nashville frequently for work and family! They love spending time outdoors in God’s creation, cooking, and teaching others about Christ, health, and wellness!
