Fee and Missed Appointments
Fees are due at the beginning or at the end of each session. Please give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. There will be a full fee charge for appointments that are not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours. This is due at the start of our next session.

Benefits and Risks of Counseling
Counseling has benefits and risks. Counseling is an incredible tool to helping you unlock stuck emotions, experience emotional freedom and breakthrough, and finding peace in your life. Since we will sometimes be discussing unpleasant aspects of your life, you may experience a range of feelings as a results, sometimes that might seem unpleasant. Counseling does however have the possibility of improving relationships, finding solutions to specific problems, and reducing the feelings of distress that get in the way of everyday life. While I will assist you in creating change in your life, I cannot guarantee a specific outcome. You are ultimately responsible for your own growth, but the more you put in the more you will get out.
Phone Calls and Emergencies
In case of Emergency between sessions, please call 911 or go to your local Emergency Room. I am available via email alexa.follas@gmail.com , and I will be sure to respond within 24 hours!

Pure Counseling takes place via Zoom, Phone, or in person sessions available.
